Frequently Asked Questions
Does the person receiving the card need to download an app?
No app required — ever. When someone taps your card to their phone, it opens a standard mobile web page in their browser. It works on iPhone and Android out of the box. No downloads, no friction, no barriers.
What if I already have a profile page (like dot.cards or a dealer site)?
We simply program your card to open your existing link. You provide the URL and we program every card to point there. That's our Card Only package — perfect if your dealership or company already has a digital profile system set up.
How long does it take to get my cards?
Cards are ready within 14 days of payment. Each card is programmed and tested individually — no shortcuts. If you have a hard deadline, reach out before placing your order and we'll do our best to accommodate.
What happens if I change my phone number or profile later?
With the Card + Profile package, your profile page can be updated and every card you've ever handed out reflects the change automatically — no new cards needed. Replacement cards are available at $15/card if you ever need new physical cards.
What's the minimum order quantity?
You can order a single card. Volume pricing begins at 10 cards, and our Preferred Partner Rate begins at 25 cards.
How much do the cards cost?
Card Only is $25 per card (you provide the link). Card + Profile is $45 per card and includes a custom-built digital profile. Teams of 10+ are $35 per card, and 25+ qualifies for our $20 per card Preferred Partner Rate.
What payment methods do you accept?
You can check out with all major payment methods directly on this site. For team and dealership orders placed through a custom quote, we'll send an invoice you can pay securely. Fulfillment begins once payment is received.
Can the whole dealership or team get consistent branding?
Yes. Team orders include consistent branding across all cards. Every team member gets their own profile with their own photo and contact info, but the visual style and company branding stays uniform — that's what makes a team look like a team.
What is an NFC card, exactly?
NFC stands for "near-field communication." It's the same tap technology behind Apple Pay and Google Pay. A tiny chip inside the card lets any modern smartphone open your profile just by tapping the card to the back of the phone — no battery, no charging, nothing to wear out.
